Great job on the forward lunge foot to head! One piece of advice, bring that front leg out a bit more to make a really sharp right angle, this will help you go deeper for more stability when reaching backwards.

Wow day 3 was a success I can see! You are so close to touching your feet to your head with no assistance, that’s awesome! Your front bend is really good too, it looks like you have a very flexible neck.
For the splits, I totally recommend yoga blocks to prop your hands up on both sides so you can focus on contracting and releasing your muscles. You’ll also want to work on sitting up straight and straighten the legs when you contract.
I can’t wait to see your progress! I’m also glad to hear you’ve been eating well, that will help with recovery and repair!
