I’m glad to hear you haven’t disappeared 😉 You have come so far on your journey, I’m excited to see what you can achieve when you really get back at it. I hope you can get back into the swing of things without any trouble. You are the most dedicated baker I know, it’s tough when you have a job with repetitive motions or even sitting for extended periods of time. Do you use your both your hands for an even amount of time?
My mind has been officially blown. Are you sure that’s not your left leg in front?
Also I’m really happy that you’re progressing so much. Pretty soon your foot will be to your head!! Now we just need to square up that back hip.
Try doing that quad stretch up against the wall on a daily basis and really sinking into your back quad! I do this about 4x each for 30 seconds, as if it were a split.
I totally understand your love for pole and yoga, actually a lot of the members here pole dance too! Applying yoga techniques into your stretching routine will really help. For instance deep breathing, lengthening and opening the chest up towards the sky, and like you said being consciously aware of body movement! Really looking forward to seeing your progress, and post pole photos when you can!!
Your forearm backbend is looking really good! So glad you found your way to get into it! Now you just have to put your feet flat on the ground and lift your hips.
How’s it going Leslie, made any noticeable progress?
Go you! 7 days might be hard, so if your body tells you, you need to rest, rest. 🙂 I wish you the best of luck.
Looking so good! You are getting really compact in your chest stand! I look forward to celebrating with you when you get your cocoon 🙂
I love flexy dreams, I often dream of doing middle splits, except in reality it is the most painful stretch for me.
