  1. Pick 5-10 poses to focus on.
  2. Hold each pose for 4 sets of 30 seconds, about 10 deep breaths.
  3. Apply a technique to each pose hold.

My favorite pose is a chest stand face frame.


Scorpion! I am a contortionist and my favourite move is the scorpion! I sit in this position to paint my nails! It is where you lay on your tummy and then roll your body over so that your feet are on top of your head! Look at a scorpion 🦂 picture. In that position, the scorpions tail is replaced by your legs only further forward.
