Great job on the forward lunge foot to head! One piece of advice, bring that front leg out a bit more to make a really sharp right angle, this will help you go deeper for more stability when reaching backwards.

I decided if I couldn’t keep all my upper body strength then I atleast wanted to keep my flexibility for when I can get back into training 🙂
