My flexibility isn’t as good as I would lile either! Lol. Thank you for answering, I’ll do my best while doing the streches, trying to do them as often as possible. Unfortunately I don’t have the help of friends so I have to do it all by myself, they say I’m crazy.. Lol
Wow! That’s incredible! I’m new in the challenge and I wanted to know how much did it took for you to reach that flexibility. Thank you very much! You’re improvement really inspires me because my current splits are quite the same like you’re first one.

I will say I work on my flexibility a lot because mine is terrible! lol. I do the exercises on the program at least 4 days a week. If I don’t have time to do everything, I do at least the dynamic stretches and a couple of static poses. The other thing I do is try to do little things throughout the day to stretch, whether at my desk or just watching TV. I’ve been trying to work on flexibility for a while. I think the combination of dynamic stretches and static stretches really helps. The tensing and then relaxing into deepening the stretch is something I never tried before but helps me get lower. Then, trying to do something every day even if it’s just for a 10 or 15 minutes. It’s truly a combination of things.
