I thought it was a good idea introducing myself before i actively begin the challenge. My name is Maria and i recently discovered my hidden love for yoga and pole dancing; which had me going back and thinking consciously how my body moves and how does it react to the stress and chances I put it through. I love the gym, but I feel more connected with my own soul when i’m on the mat or on the pole; because of that I decided to take on the challenge and make myself a little more flexible. (actually, a lot more flexible).

I totally understand your love for pole and yoga, actually a lot of the members here pole dance too! Applying yoga techniques into your stretching routine will really help. For instance deep breathing, lengthening and opening the chest up towards the sky, and like you said being consciously aware of body movement! Really looking forward to seeing your progress, and post pole photos when you can!!
