
Hi guys! Just writing to let you guys know I haven’t disappeared or anything. I went on vacation for a week at the beginning of the month, had a super tough time mentally and emotionally adjusting back from it (I’m getting help for that!), and on top of that had a really bad neck/shoulder strain from stress and overuse (being a baker really beats you up) last week. May hasn’t been the best month for me. I’m getting back into the swing of things this week and have been doing some yoga everyday starting this past Monday to get moving. Hopefully, I can get back into somewhat of a normal routine next week!
I’m glad to hear you haven’t disappeared 😉 You have come so far on your journey, I’m excited to see what you can achieve when you really get back at it. I hope you can get back into the swing of things without any trouble. You are the most dedicated baker I know, it’s tough when you have a job with repetitive motions or even sitting for extended periods of time. Do you use your both your hands for an even amount of time?
