Thank you Amanda. Yes I agree that the 23rd looked like my best attempt, so I’m just going to try and feel the position getting better, and I’m confident I will get there in the end. Side splits have become better too, plus yoga everyday has allowed me to reap the rewards of improved flexibility. I hope to get to your level with time and practice… (lots of) 🙂
Being as I’m the only bloke on here, I thought I would check out some back bends. I like the fact your headl is the wall end, so I’m going to give this a try at some point.
Thanks, yes there is a difference. You are right, my aim is to do flat feet, I just wanted to get my forward position better. I have really annoying shoulders, as they just hurt all of the time. I guess chest stretches and mobility will hopefully fix them eventually as it’s the one area that is holding me back. The other option is a shoulder op or lengthy physio and rehab. Not doing any parallette training or weights without some much needed rest.
My commitment to the programme, has come from your hard work and time helping stiff people like me. I am still a rusty skeleton, but with time I hope to feel less tension in my body and maybe then, my shoulders wont hurt so much and my right Lat will not have a great big knot it (foam rolling)
I want to feel loose and generally take better care of my body. I am officially done with weights for now.
Thanks. Yeah did that today, I went for the 2 hour option.
Still getting to grips with the programme, but the content is exceptional. Your flexibility is insane, it’s something I have always admired, but never thought I could have. After daily stretching everyday over 7-8 months, I feel ready for bigger improvements.
Buying the year pads is the best money I have ever spent. Thank you

Thank you, I will try the new approach. Hopefully I’m on the right track?

Thanks for your encouragement 🙂
