Thank you very much! Now everything works perfectly 🙂
Once my doctor told me my back muscles didn’t t have the enough strength to hold me, and I never thought it’d be an issue with flexibility too. I’ll do a lot of strengthening exercises too.
I’d have posted this question in the forum area, but I can’t access it, neither see my private messages. I’m trying to strech every 2 days my back, and when I’m doing them, my lower back hurts when I stand. Because of that I do a lot of opposite streches (quite deep streches I have to say), in order to relax that part of my body. My question is, is it good or wrong to do so? Would my flexibility improve in spite of that opposite streches? I know it’s correct to do the opposite, so the back doesn’t suffer, but if they aren’t “hard”, my back would still hurt.
Thank you very much and sorry if I’m not explaining myself correctly! 🙂
Folks, if you are in the DMV area, please please please take the opportunity to come to one of Amanda flexibility classes. Check my post today to see why.
Very Nice Amanda! Happy to see another Yogi handle the scene thoroughly. I love what u have done here deeply!
I love how much you’ve added to these routines since the last time I checked in. This is an amazing resource! Thank you 🙂
