
Didn’t stretch today. In my defence i am slightly sore from yesterday and i took 2 pole and a conditioning class today but that’s no excuse. I should have stretched in the morning but i went to sleep at 7am and woke at 10am to rush out of the house.
New plan: Get to bed at a decent time. I’m also adding some extras onto my challenge. 100 days of anything will be hard so why not pile on the pressure into a routine. Stretch and condition for 100 days. I need to work specifically on abs for inverts, shoulder strength for handsprings so the plan is to condition for 15 mins before stretching.
Its gotta be done right? !!!!
I love your dedication, despite a lazy day, which I can totally understand! And you’re a poler too, yay! So many people here are pole dancers!! Pole and flexibility unite 😉
Hope your new plan works out for ya. It’s definitely difficult balancing strength and flexibility, but it sounds like you got it under control.
