
Soooo these pics are from Thursday 8 Oct. Didnt stretch at home until today!! I’ve realised that I perform better in class. Today I just about touched the floor on my right side which is my good side. Maybe coz I tired myself out with my butt workout!! Plus I take sooooo long to stretch at home taking endless breaks. Any excuse not to do it!!!
Maybe be its coz I never slept last night…again. I also think the competition plays a part as you want to do better than others in the class.I must learn to condense the session into an hour or less. Some classes are half hour only and we stretch shoulders, back an splits in that time and i still manage to touch the floor. Hhmmmm…
Still plan to stretch at home every day starting from today. Tomorrow I’ll do upper body after some shoulder conditioning. Even if i only stretch for 15 minutes, i must get in the habit of doing even a little bit rathar than nothing.
