

So I am counting today (Monday 5 Oct) as my first day. These base pics were taken after 20 min warm up only. I can usually get just about flat in left splits and 3 block oversplit on my right.
My aim is to have a 2 block back leg oversplit on the right split and a 2 front, 1 back oversplit on left split.
My main main aim is my middles which are crap but I don’t stretch them as much and they are a biyatch to stretch but that’s why I’m doing this, so I can have accountability and see my progress after 100 days. I take stretch classes 3 times a week but want to stretch at home for 5 days a week too. Let’s see!!
