DAY 2 of 100 DAY CHALLENGE

DAY 2 of 100 DAY CHALLENGE – Today marks day 2 of the challenge. I am S O R E. I went to a Stretch & Strengthen Yoga Class with Emily in the afternoon. We focused on a bit of hips and quite a lot of back.

I went home and also stretched for an hour with my Fit & Flexy Back-Warmer but, I tried to take it easy. My body is realizing that I am doing something VERY different. Yesterday, I used the yoga wheel to create a shoulder opener and back-bend and it was very intense. I am happy to say that today, it was a bit easier to get into and the new back-warmer is really helpful!

I teach yoga tomorrow (Thursday) so it will be difficult for me to go home and do a lot of stretching since I won’t get home till about 9 pm. I do teach a Deep Stretch class, so I will try to do as much of the class with them as I possibly can. I skipped out on hamstrings and splits yesterday so I fear my students will be practicing that today so that I can practice it 😉

I am attaching a picture of a pose I did today. I was happy that my shoulders were willing to do it! I still need to post pictures of my splits! I’ll really try to do it tomorrow.
