You’ve got good starting points. Sometimes i can take about 1.5 to 2 hours to stretch coz i take such long breaks in between but i dont always have the time. If you stretch like that for 5 days a week you will see results in no time. Keep it up. I know how hard it is!! Looking forward to seeing your progress.

I wish i had your back flexibility. Looks great. I need to work on mine too but focusing on splits first. Nice pics!

100% agree. TBH i dont know how you did the 100 days. If it wasn’t for my classes i know i wouldnt even reach anywhere near since i am a social stretcher but im trying to implement a new routine even if its only 2 or 3 times a week. You are my stretch hero!!!

Hi. I have realised i will never get to the same level as class becuase stretch class is 1.5 hours and i have a half hour class beforehand so will never get the same results at home. Like you said before, its all about finding what works for me and stretching in the afternoon with a full nights sleep makes all the difference!!!

Its funny that i just read your reply because i just finished stretching at home and again am nowhere near how far i get in class so i felt like quitting and just sticking to classes but then i thought maybe its because i do weights first so im tired or cant be bothered after. So what i might do now is since i know i wont get that far is just do my mddle splits at home and leave the others to class. Its so disappointing that im not getting the same results at home but i think its a motivation thing plus seeing other people in class pushes me that bit further. I’ve always been a group effort social person so i’ll see how that goes.
