
Today I started with the Hands/Fingers/Foot routine (Which was yummy by the way!), then proceeded on to Backbend Dynamic stretches (1 Hour). Sadly, I was unable to find the complete list of poses for the 100 day challenge, but I noticed that everyone else started here. This is my second day stretching, and have found that doing yoga beforehand eases you into the right zone. I will continue to explore the site, and try new routines. My body and I can tell that this will be a wonderful journey (:
