Day 1, “Get Bent” dvd and splits!

Day 1! I did the “Get bent” dvd by Kristina Nekyia for the first time. This is day 1 of doing a split. I am really, really terrible at splits – my hamstring muscles are really tight.   I don’t know exactly how to categorize these poses but for accountability and progress view I’m posting my latest photos. By no means do I hold these for several minutes at a time, I’m luck enough to make it in to a pose 🙂

Celebrating Day 50!!!

Half way through the challenge, and I am noticing and correcting a lot more these days. I am balancing strength and flexibility constantly, and every muscle has an individual task wether it’s tightening, relaxing, or balancing. Day???

    I’m not  sure what day I’m on lol.  So I’ve been having bendy back dreams  and I have decided to make it happen.  I am devoted more time to back bending.  These will be the before pictures.  By the end of the summer,  I want a solid  cocoon.

I haven’t posted in a while but have been working on my flexibility several times a week. Am definitely seeing progress!
