    Hi there!
    My name’s Nicole, I’m new. I’m only on day three, and have been feeling super sore. I’m just waiting for the day I can go through all of these stretches and feel more comfortable.
    Any tips to combat soreness?

    I’m feeling the same way. I find that taking a day off if I’m really sore is helping. A good soak in the tub helps as well. Also, doing other exercises, not just stretching may help.

    I’m no expert btw, just telling you what works for me.

    Hey Nicole, soreness is inevitable but you will get more comfortable soon with consistency! I make a tea with herbs that specifically relax the nervous system. I also use an acupressure mat. Lavender essential oil by itself or peppermint with a carrier oil like coconut oil is another good one, just rub it over your muscles.
