I’ve recently started doing the challenge. However when doing the backbend routine and most of the stretches, I get pain in my left shoulder, as if a muscle or tendon is being twisted. This is distinctly different from stretching as it is super uncomfortable and painful. If I push further I also get a numbness/tingling in my thumb. Specifically in my left thumb and nothing else, which makes me confused as to what is happening. Does anyone know what might be potentially impinging my shoulder or is it just a really tight muscle?
