
The hardest part was taking a photo at the same time. Maybe I’m just not as technology coherent as I thought!
So yeah this is my day 1 starting point for the splits! These are my biggest weakness so I’m looking to really work on these 🙂 but moreover I really want to improve my back flexibility…so looking forward to working on that too.
This is my biggest weakness too. I think doing this every day will help though! I have a long way to go..
All I do for pictures is take video with my phone and screenshot. They even have this cheap plastic thing on amazon that holds your phone and screws on to almost any tripod. http://amzn.to/1UhmfL9
