
Day 1! I did the “Get bent” dvd by Kristina Nekyia for the first time.
This is day 1 of doing a split. I am really, really terrible at splits – my hamstring muscles are really tight. Then again, I stretch a little bit pretty regularly but not really splits. I’m curious/hopeful to see what 100 days of doing splits and other stretches will accomplish.. cause right now those legs aren’t moving! (the stretches felt really awesome, but during some of them my legs were trembling a bit – definitely pushing them but nothing painful).

Love that Get Bent DVD, good stuff! I’m excited to follow your progress, hopefully that split will be close to the ground by the end 🙂
When my legs start to shake, I focus on deep breathing; relaxing and contracting muscles to acknowledge where it is I am not relaxing.
