New Recovery & Decompression Routine!

The new Recovery & Decompression routine is now live inside the Flexibility Challenge; designed for sore, tense, stiff, or low-energy days when the body needs restoration, not intensity.
This 30-minute routine combines:
- breathwork
- posture awareness
- spinal decompression
- pressure point release
- gentle muscle engagement
- recovery tools like yoga wheels, peanuts, foam rollers, and acupressure mats
Instead of forcing flexibility, the focus is on:
- creating space in the spine
- relaxing unnecessary tension
- restoring movement and posture
- improving awareness of how the body holds stress
You’ll move through:
- spinal lengthening drills
- thoracic and shoulder opening
- breath-guided muscle isolations
- yoga wheel decompression
- pressure point release techniques
- restorative backbend flows
One of the biggest concepts in this routine is learning how to combine:
inhale = engagement
exhale = relaxation and release
Over time this helps improve body awareness, posture, recovery, and movement quality while helping the nervous system slow down and reset.
Sometimes the body doesn’t need more intensity.
