Lately, as I'm preparing to begin teaching martial arts again I've decided to work on seriously increasing my flexibility.

I have always thought contortionists were so beautiful and graceful. It is a lifelong goal of mine to have that kind of grace and power. I figure now's as good a time as any to start, right?
