When I was a teenager, I did kung fu and reached a respectable level of flexibility and ability. Then, I took up weights and after 20 years of beating my body up I lost all flexibility and felt like cap.
Recently, I ditched the weights and moved on to parallette and flexibility training. I have noticed a huge difference in my flexibility, which I would consider very good for someone who has lifted for such a long time.
Whenever I do something I enjoy, I dedicate myself fully. I stretch around an hour each day and I was curious to see how flexible I can get. Flexibility looks like art, and I respect anyone that can move freely and effortlessly.
I'm here to make some serious improvements to my flexibility, let's see what happens.
