Hello I am Angela. I am new to the site and trying to comprehend how all this works. My flexibility is pretty terrible in my opinion as i can’t even touch my toes. I have been doing pole dancing for nearly 2 years and I enjoy it. Lately I have been having problems like back pain and shoulders pain as I wasn’t putting any effort on stretching properly. My work life is also pretty Sedentary which is not helping. But I wanna turn things around and want to become more flexible and pain free and injury free. Could you please guide me where would be a good start for me? Many thanks.
