Lower Body Static Stretches


  1. Pick 5-10 static stretches to focus on.
  2. Hold each stretch for 4 sets of 30 seconds.
  3. Apply a technique to each stretch hold.

Some of these, like “steps to getting your middle split” don’t lead to the tutorials. I take it that each individual stretch in the tutorial counts as one of my 10 stretches? Also… what do I do between the reps?
