Private Lessons

1 hour private online lessons using Skype, FaceTime, or Google Chat + 100 day membership pass.

With an online private lesson you get Amanda Nicole Smith’s guidance as you go through the routine. She will pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses and give you stretch variations to help you target specific muscles. She will also help you correct your form and posture, give you tips and tricks on how to perform certain poses, and answer all of your questions.
